The CALFED Science Program removes February deadline from the 2009 Proposal Solicitation Package (PSP).
The state's current fiscal emergency has prompted the CALFED Science Program to remove the original February 27, 2009, deadline from its 2009 Proposal Solicitation Package, leaving the process open-ended until after financial uncertainties are resolved, when a new proposal deadline will be set.
